Service terms
Effective August 14, 2026
Research service
AwardCue provides curated public-award research. Signals, scores, contacts, and service cues are informational hypotheses—not legal advice, a representation of buyer intent, or a guarantee of revenue.
Subscriber responsibility
You are responsible for verifying source records and contact roles, reviewing award terms, and ensuring that your outreach and service claims comply with applicable laws and professional obligations.
Plans and cancellation
Paid service begins only after a plan is accepted. Unless a separate order says otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Qualified lead volume varies with public award activity.
Data and availability
Government sources can change, correct, delay, or remove records. AwardCue may experience interruptions and does not warrant that every eligible award will appear or that every public contact remains current.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for deceptive claims, harassment, indiscriminate mass messaging, unlawful discrimination, or attempts to obtain protected or nonpublic information.
Final agreement
A subscriber order or checkout terms will identify the legal provider, payment terms, governing law, warranty limits, and liability limits before money is accepted. These website terms do not replace that signed or accepted agreement.
