What the site collects

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It records aggregate page-view counts by page and hour. When you arrive through an AwardCue outreach link, browser session storage temporarily retains only its bounded campaign and channel in the current tab so attribution survives navigation to the public sample. Stored page-view counts contain the page, hour, campaign, and channel—not an email, prospect identifier, IP address, user agent, or persistent browser identifier. Infrastructure providers may retain basic access and security logs under their own retention practices.

If you request a sample, the form collects the work email, company, service category, territory, and minimum award size you provide. The request also records a valid campaign and channel when present so we can measure whether that campaign produced a request. This attribution contains no prospect identifier. A hidden anti-spam field may be used to discard automated submissions.

What the product uses

AwardCue processes publicly available, business-purpose federal award information. It does not seek patient records, protected health information, consumer profiles, or private account data.

How information is used

Inquiry and subscriber details are used to prepare the requested sample, respond, configure filters, deliver the service, support billing, and honor opt-out or cancellation requests. They are not sold as a contact list.

Service providers and retention

Payment and email providers may process information under their own terms once those services are activated. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, records, security, and legal obligations.
