What the site collects

This version of the site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or an embedded contact form. If you request a sample through the email link, your email provider sends the information you choose to include.

What the product uses

AwardCue processes publicly available, business-purpose federal award information. It does not seek patient records, protected health information, consumer profiles, or private account data.

How information is used

Inquiry and subscriber details are used to respond, configure filters, deliver the service, support billing, and honor opt-out or cancellation requests. They are not sold as a contact list.

Service providers and retention

Payment and email providers may process information under their own terms once those services are activated. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, records, security, and legal obligations.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing hello@awardcue.com. Applicable rights depend on your location.
